Standby Facilities
We shall provide standby facility in case the unit under AMC stop working and develops fault which can’t be repaired within the stipulated time frame. Cases of burning due to lightening are not covered under AMC, so no standby shall be supplied in those cases.

AMC of Batteries
We undertake the AMC of both lead-acid SMF(sealed Maintenance free) batteries and also tubular or flat plate batteries used in Online UPS Systems.

This includes:
1. Regular Maintenance of batteries & re-energizing of batteries.
2. We have got special technology available with us for the said job.
3. To maintain the back-up time we can provide stand-by batteries/new batteries during AMC period.
4. Once you give us the AMC of your batteries we take care of your back-up requirements entirely.
5. We take the AMC for batteries for 3-years at one point of time with annual advance payment.
6. For Tubular & Flat-plate batteries maintenance also include checking the water level and re-energizing.
7. Customers can avail our battery annual maintenance contract for inverter Batteries’ option available with very competitive rates. Service Personnel will come to your place on regular intervals for inspection and maintenance of battery for its durability. Also excellent stand-by support option and replacement option is available under the AMC scheme which is quite economical.

Additional Facilities
1. One Service Engineer will be Allotted to you for service call, if more than 50 nos. ONLINE UPS systems are given under AMC from any one customer or, from any one site.
2. One Service Engineer will be Allotted to you for battery service & maintenance activities, if more than 800 batteries (all types) are given to us Under AMC at one time, which save our & Customers time.
